2022 Global Citizen Festival Unites the World to End Extreme Poverty

The 2022 Global Citizen Festival is an annual music festival and global campaign event on September 24 to end extreme poverty now.
This year, there will be two simultaneous festival events taking place on the Great Lawn in Central Park in New York City, U.S.A. and in Black Star Square in Accra, Ghana.
The event brings together Global Citizens, artists, activists, world leaders, philanthropists, and corporate leaders to celebrate progress towards ending poverty and secure new policy and financial commitments to solve global issues.
Tune in to catch performances from Usher, Metallica, Mariah Carey, SZA, H.E.R., and many more artists.
Cisco will celebrate 25 years of Cisco Networking Academy at the festival, highlighting how we transform the lives of learners, educators, and communities through the power of technology, education, and career opportunities. The purpose-driven program has reached 17.5 million learners since its start.
