So, here’s the next big question you’ve all been asking about Our People Deal:

If Our People Deal is the culture Cisco wants and needs to lead in our industry and return to big growth. And it already exists today in pockets across our organization. And we want to spread it everywhere. How exactly do we spread that culture?

We started with the Moments That Matter. The 11 experiences you told us have a big impact on life at Cisco. These are things we absolutely need to get right to bring Our People Deal to life.

Since we launched Our People Deal we've delivered 34 different initiatives. From big things like Time2Give - to smaller things like My Birthday Day-off and the digitization of our offer experience in My First Impression - all these initiatives come together like pieces of a puzzle to create a better experience for all of us. Another example would be the launch of AppleCare Enterprise for Mac users under My Technology. In the past, the support available for PCs was different to MACs even though about half of us use MACs and need to be equally productive. Now, we've got the same level of support. And these are just the start. There are another 38 initiatives that are already resourced and fully funded to be delivered by early FY18.

As we move towards improving our entire experience, these smaller things become equally important to all of us. In fact, you’ve told us that it’s often small actions that have the biggest impact and make moments special. It’s the little things we can all do to make Cisco the place where everyone can do their best work.
